Meet Lana Rivera

Lana Rivera first set foot in the world of dentistry at the age of 17, when she began a job as an assistant manager at a dental lab. Since then, she has been an office manager or practice administrator at multiple dental practices, helping them to grow and refine their processes.

Over the course of her career, she noticed that every practice she stepped into had the same fundamental problems that needed to be detangled. She found ways to organize and streamline billing and insurance relationships, as well as train staff to maximize efficiency and happiness within each team, ultimately resulting in an increase of revenue for the practice owner.

Eventually, Lana decided to start NMG Practice Solutions, so she could bring her expertise to a wider range of practices who could benefit from working with a “Dental Office Advocate,” such as herself. Today, she is proud to provide dental practices with the tools and training they need to grow their business and truly enjoy what they do.

Born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico, Jenner started her career in dentistry as soon as she graduated high school. She began as a dental assistant, climbed the ladder, and managed multiple offices. Her 11 years of experience, combined with the different roles in the dental industry, led her to NMG. Jenner has been involved in all aspects of dentistry, giving her a vast knowledge of patient care, clinical work, staff management, and billing. She truly understands all phases that make a dental office successful. In her life outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a dedicated mom to her two little girls.

Kaily

Insurance Claims Specialist

Originally from Georgia, Kaily has lived in New Mexico for the last twelve years. She started in the dental field as a scheduling coordinator and later started working as a dental assistant. Having knowledge of both the clinical side and insurance side of running a practice has been a great asset to her career. Outside of the office, Kaily enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Sujey

Insurance Claims Specialist

Sujey Mendoza has been working in the Dental field since 2017. In that time she has gained experience in both dental assisting and office administration, and she truly enjoys all aspects of the dental field. Currently, she is in the process of continuing her education in the dental industry and is majoring in Dental Hygiene. She likes to spend her spare time with her amazing husband and two dogs, Zeus and Athena.
